It did not matter how many letters were sent in protest the governments were following another agenda. The agenda had nothing to do with serving and protecting the populations of the UK. We were being used and abused by the governments, public health and every other institution, no voices or letter writing would have stopped this in 2020. By the time most people were being shocked into compliance the plans had been set in motion and they knew in advance how they would deal with people who resisted. It is very clear that a supposed infectious disease was used as a weapon, every single thing that was done in 2020 in the name of covid was counterintuitive to the health and wellbeing of individuals.

Thank you Dave for drawing attention to this powerful and distressing testimony. This poor woman’s husband’s death was so clearly caused by isolation and neglect yet her cries for help were ignored as were the voices of so many others in similar positions. Where was the consultant who saw what was happening? So many health and social care professionals saw it but were intimidated and terrified into silence which is the major issue that the inquiry is unlikely to address. My witness statements (one through Thomsons solicitors) to the inquiry highlighting this as the root cause of the problem haven’t been acknowledged. I’m contemplating writing directly to Lord Brailsford.

Thanks for taking an active interest Valerie. I have another 2 testimonies i missed from 2023 coming soon. One equally as shocking than this. Yes the evidence is irrefutable now the excess deaths in lockdown 2020 were caused by the policies, particularly isolation many then designated as 'COVID.' It's a scandal of epic proportions. The near silence/lack of interest of the 'freedom' advocates and 'alt' media is another layer to that. Yes, so many in the NHS clearly must know the truth but are saying nothing. Unfortunately for everyone this is not going away. If you find Lord B's direct contact details please let me know.

I believe this exact same scenario played out across the west. My great-aunt, 95 at the time, lived in a Spanish care home (in Catalonia to be exact) when the covid saga began. She'd been in the care home since 2018, which was when she'd suffered a physically disabling stroke. She lost her speech, yet remained sharp mentally She was visited daily by close family, who also took her on regular outings in a wheelchair. Despite less than ideal circumstances, her life at the care home in those 2 years prior to March 2020 was as good as one could ever hope for.

Then, practically overnight, she was effectively isolated in her room. For a stroke patient who has lost speech, one can only imagine the additional isolation of being forced to communicate with loved ones only through a phone or screen...

Unsurprisingly, her health rapidly deteriorated. In late May 2020 she died of "covid pneumonia". Close family were able to plead with the care home staff who "made an exception" to let them see her the day before she died (she was no longer conscious and in receipt of palliative care).

Thanks for sharing. Utterly appaling. When anyone is ill particularly the very elderly ANY change to normal routines can have deadly consequences and we seen alot of those dramatic changes during ''COVID.''
