Professor Smith is a snake in the grass, a treacherous individual trying to appear harmless and sincere when in fact he is the exact opposite. He is the

Chief Medical Officer for Scotland and is ultimately responsible for the harmful medical response to a viral infection, the buck stops with him but I am certain he will throw anyone he can under the bus to save himself when the time comes. The awful thing is he is just one of the many snakes who is in control of our country.

A godless man. Chose the affirmation and not the oath at the start so no words ''so help me god.''

My experience of Public Consultation in recent years has been that govt/council does something and then after it goes wrong they pay themselves to consult the public about what they should have done.. then they pay themselves to research what went wrong the first time. Its been back to front for quite a while. If the govt knew better then it might be excusable to a degree but in the contexts I'm thinking of the public actually had better awareness and ideas . i think we've lost track of the fact the public/grassroots might know better ...

Yes, very, very interesting ! AND long lasting abusive use of DNACPR orders : https://jme.bmj.com/content/48/12/941.long "The research found that over half of participants reported making more patients DNACPR ("non réanimatoires") than prepandemic, and this was due, at least in part, to an increased focus on factors including patient age, Clinical Frailty Scores and resource limitations."

Thanks for link. I have a new segment of video around clinical frailty to upload vs Professor Smith testimony.

That's an important issue.

The misuse of fragility scales leading to prioritizations disconnected from the state and the real medical situation of the patient leads to disasters.

Just added the footage. Yes it's the misuse of the clinical frailty scale and HCWs needed an ethics committee set up to deal with it.

Where did you add the footage? Can you provide a link to the post you added it to please?

What chutzpah these Profs have, and what convenient 'ignorance' of matters of which they must have had knowledge. Echoing below.....the reporting is much appreciated.

Another powerful post.

Do you have a reference link for the graph

"Percentage change in admissions compared with corresponding time in 2018-2019 by sex"

given near the end of the post in reference 'Sir' Gregor lying about overloaded hospitals?

If it was from a Public Health Scotland report do you have a link to the actual report?

Thanks!

It appears that access to these statistics has been disabled. I guess a FOI request is required.

They are still available from the link although no longer updated.

Yes. I see now. If I select tab "Summary Trends", Hospital Admissions is the default category and it shows the graph.
